Jason Foster built JF Insurance Partners on a simple conviction: advisors do their best work when they have a partner they can trust — not a competitor wearing a partner’s name tag. With more than two decades in insurance and financial services, he created the wholesale brokerage he always wished he’d had — one that widens what an advisor can offer, carries the back-office weight, and never steps between an advisor and the client they’ve earned.
Relationships have always been the throughline. Jason is the Immediate Past President of the NAIFA Inland Empire Chapter after three terms leading it, and he gave nine years to the NAIFA California State Board of Trustees — work rooted in raising the standard of the profession and looking out for the people in it. He holds the LACP designation and is CEO of JF Wealth Strategies & Insurance Solutions, where he’s known for making complicated things simple and giving everyone at the table a straight answer.
Born and raised in Southern California, Jason earned his business administration degree from California State University, San Bernardino. Away from the office, his focus is family — his wife, Kayleigh, and their three children, Madison, Lincoln, and Gavin — whether he’s coaching his sons’ soccer teams or cheering on his daughter at the theater. He runs JF Insurance Partners the way he does everything else: with honesty, loyalty, and a handshake that still means something.
